A unique 100 sq.m. detached house in the Sani area of Halkidiki is designed on two levels. The house has two bedrooms, a living room, an office, a dining room with an open kitchen and a bathroom.

The renovation of the house was based on an innovative architectural design that has as its central idea the Mediterranean country houses. Earthy shades and materials played an important role in the architectural study. The interior design took into account the needs of the owner, creating a single space in which the above uses of the spaces were integrated. One of the main features of the architectural composition were the built-in sofas, the built-in beds in the bedrooms, that is, the custom furniture constructions.

As part of the lighting study of the seaside residence, these structures were highlighted and great importance was given to atmospheric lighting and the highlighting of details.

In this architectural project, the lighting study, in addition to achieving the appropriate levels of functional lighting, also aimed at creating points of interest, such as hidden lighting in ceilings and vertical walls, but also highlighting traffic points, such as traffic corridors with the use of led strips.
