It is a four-level apartment building, with semi-outdoor spaces as well as a roof garden. Two apartments are being created on the ground floor, while on the first and second floor there are planned apartments.
The block of flats is located in the historic center of the city of Rethymno near the Fortezza castle. The orientation of the openings is south and southwest. The specific architectural project includes the total renovation of all floors of the building, whether it is intended for interior or exterior spaces.
