An apartment of a typical multi-story building from the 60s, located on the seaside of Thessaloniki with a magnificent view of the Thermaic Gulf, was redesigned by Apostolos Papavasileiou, a civil engineer architect and holder of a Master of Arts on Lighting design, adopting a modern, minimalist design approach, combined with a pop sense of luxury, which is expressed through the engravings of the architectural design and the material choices.

The orientation of the apartment is southwest, with large openings placed towards this axis, allowing for natural sunlight to enter the interior. A characteristic feature of the architectural design is the application of innovative construction details, such as the rotating panels with mirrors, the rotating TV construction, as well as the hanging illuminated coat rack – porte manteau, located at the entrance of the apartment.
