The architectural study concerns the division of a 75 sq.m. seventies apartment (Evaggelistria area of Thessaloniki), in three individual studios, with the aim of utilizing them in an investment context.

The main objective of the interior design was the creation of three small apartments with ergonomic and functional living spaces, which provide moments of relaxation to every tenant or visitor. The two apartments have a single space with the living room and the kitchen, a bedroom and the wc area, while the third and smaller apartment, does not have a separate bedroom space. An effort was made to ensure that each apartment fully meets the needs of its users in the best possible way. Soft and calm color tones were chosen in the color palettes of the three studios, while special

wallpapers were placed in various highlights within the spaces, such as in the bedrooms and living areas.

In this architectural project, the lighting study, in addition to achieving the appropriate levels of functional lighting, also aimed at creating points of interest, such as hidden lighting in ceilings and vertical walls, but also highlighting traffic points, such as traffic corridors with the use of led strips.

Finally, special care was given to the selection of timeless color furnishing fabrics for the sofas and headboards of the beds, but also to the selection of decorative tiles for the cladding of the walls of the bathrooms with the aim of creating a pleasant environment inside the bathroom.
