It is a radical renovation of a detached house of 220 sq.m. of three levels in the area of Panorama in Thessaloniki, which was built in 2005. The wishes of the owners include the new, special and innovative architectural design in the context of the decoration study which concerns four bedrooms, one of which is the master bedroom, the bathrooms . , of the dining room and living room areas, while new areas such as the cinema room and the lounge bar are being formed.

The architectural design of the single-family house had as its basic idea (concept design) the combination of minimal and modern design together with points of interest belonging to the neoclassical style, such as the decorative rosettes on the ceilings, plaster decorative elements on the walls, and also the choice of special techniques in the masonry of the residence, in order to give the most classic character – style inside the house.

As part of the interior design, it was chosen to apply warm and earthy tones and shades in construction materials and paint colors, in order to create a modern and sophisticated environment, where bright colors and patterns dominate in furnishing fabrics and wallpapers in either more creative or more relaxed spaces according to their use.

Finally, in the lighting study, maximum importance was given to meeting the needs for functional lighting in all the individual spaces of the single-family house and at the same time to the creation of lighting scenarios, which will emphasize the architectural design through atmospheric and indirect lighting, which are very easily controlled with the use of special . application in addition to switches present in the home.
