The apartment is located in Thessaloniki having an amazing sea view of Thermaikos gulf. The lighting design played a decisive role in the final result of the interior design, which in this particular project was an integral part of the architectural concept from the beginning. A special feature of the apartment’s architectural design was the application of innovative construction details. Characteristic examples are the rotating wooden panels with mirrors, which run the entire height of the apartment, creating a wonderful play of reflections, and the hanging, illuminated wardrobe, which adorns the entrance of the apartment and gives the feeling of levitation.

The living room and the dining room coexist and at the same time communicate in a single space, which is visually interrupted by a rotating, floating structure for the tv device. The living room is characterized by the modern, simple lines of the furniture. The sofa dominates the space with its intense blue raff color, while all the rest furniture

Behind the sofa in the living room, the wallpaper acts as an artwork and gives intensity to the otherwise neutral color palette of the apartment. In the dining room, the gray mirrors of the wooden bookcase give depth, while led lighting strips emphasize the long length of the structure. The spacious open kitchen communicates with both the dining room and the living room. A hymn to minimal design, with smooth surfaces, the all-time classic white color and the imposing island bench made of granite tiles.

The master bedroom functions as a retreat for the owners, thanks to the minimal design and the well-thought-out lighting system with led strips and spots, which were carefully placed in selected parts of the ceiling. At the same time, the metal front of the wardrobe acts as an oversized mirror, giving extra depth to the room. In the apartment there is also a master bathroom, a guest room and a guest bathroom, as well as a large storage area.
